About Debi Svingen
I obtained my real estate license over 22 years ago, and officially began my full-time career as a realtor in 1996. Prior to real estate, I had an excellent background in Customer Service and Business Management, which has served me well in the real estate business.
I was born and raised in Eugene and come from a real estate family. My father is a commercial broker and has been the owner/broker of Russ Svingen Realty for nearly 50 years. I am very familiar with the area and the local real estate industry.
I was a double major at the University of Oregon in Sociology and Psychology. I did my practicum at Children’s Services Division with at-risk children as an assistant case-worker, and continued to volunteer afterward. I am also an enthusiastic animal lover, and have volunteered time and resources to animal rescue.
I have been a member of the Million Dollar Club of Lane County. I have earned sales awards and have been a member of the Presidents Club, Executive Club and the 100% Club. I also hold the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
When I am not at work I enjoy taking classes, reading, the theatre, concerts, and traveling anywhere the sun is.
